Refund Policy

If your PDF pattern is not right for you, email us within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, even if you have already downloaded it. You do not need to give a reason. This is our voluntary satisfaction guarantee, in addition to your statutory rights.

Email [email protected] with your order reference and purchase email address. If you cannot find the reference, send the purchase email and pattern name so we can locate it. Never send passwords or full payment-card details. We will respond within three business days and arrange eligible refunds promptly through Creem.

Refunds for Creem purchases are processed through Creem to the original payment method, subject to its procedures. We will let you know when the refund has been initiated. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank and payment method. For a full refund we request the full amount of the order, including applicable transaction taxes; external bank charges or exchange-rate differences are outside our control.

Please still contact us about duplicate charges, missing or corrupted files, or content materially different from its description. We will investigate and offer the appropriate correction, replacement or refund, including any remedies required by law. The 14-day guarantee does not shorten statutory rights or deadlines.

When a purchase is fully refunded, its PDF license ends and access to that pattern is removed from your library, unless you have another valid purchase of it. Stop using the refunded PDF and delete saved and printed copies. We cannot remotely delete downloads from your device.

Immediate delivery may affect a statutory cooling-off right only where the law’s conditions, including any required express consent, have been met. Our voluntary 14-day guarantee still applies. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or prevents you from seeking help from Creem or your payment provider.
